What is the Ambassador™ Program?

The Ambassador™ Program is aiming to connect Russian IT companies with US-based IT professionals and/or IT and software companies to establish a network of company representatives (Ambassadors™) and representative / sales offices throughout the US to ensure the “live” presence of Russian IT, software and engineering companies in the US and take advantage of the promotional activities and support provided by RDA.

How Does it Work?

Any individual professional or a company in the US, interested in representing a software product or outsourcing services company, RDA Member, could register as an Ambassador™ in the RDA Ambassador Database.  Once registered, Ambassadors can contact RDA Member-Companies to offer representing them or sell their products on the territory of North America.  Alternatively, RDA Member-Companies can contact chosen Ambassadors to offer represent such companies on the territory of North America.

What is the Role of RDA in Connecting RDA Members and Ambassadors and Helping them Reach the Agreement?

Russian Digital Alliance limits its role only to providing an online database / registry for RDA Member-Companies to register as software product and service providers and for US-based professionals and IT firms to register as Ambassadors.  All and any negotiations, reaching of the agreement and further relationships should be conducted outside of the RDA framework and should not involve Russian Digital Alliance.  Any potential disagreements and/or disputes arising from the establishment and conduct of the relationships between RDA Members and RDA Ambassadors should be resolved according to the laws of the United State of American and/or Russian Federation (or any other jurisdiction chosen by RDA Members and RDA Ambassadors when entering the Agreement between them).
