  A non-profit organization representing Russia's software companies interests in Russia and rest of the world.  RUSSOFT is an association of the leading companies in the field of Software Development from Russia and Belarus.  Currently RUSSOFT consists of more than 50 companies with 6,000 highly qualified software developers experienced across a broad range of applications and technical platforms.

  Fort Ross Information Technology Services is a consortium of 18 IT companies based in St. Petersburg, Russia. Fort Ross companies employ more than 1,500 highly qualified, professional software engineers. Many have advanced, graduate level degrees in Computer Science. Fort Ross is also affiliated with leading St. Petersburg Universities, which gives them access to the superb research, technical capabilities and human resources of Universities.

  The goal of the Silicon Taiga is to promote Russian market of IT outsourcing and it's integration into the world software development community. Like most of national Association in other countries oriented at outsourcing of IT services (e.g. NASSCOM, India), the Alliance serves the interests of its members and the offshore programming industry as a whole.
