RDA Management Team

The driving force behind RDA is the energy of the people who believe in Russia’s ability to establish itself as a nation capable of exporting not just its raw natural resources but primarily the products of its peoples’ intellect.  These people are enthusiasts who devote their time and energy to the cause of helping Russia succeed in this undertaking.

Considering that RDA is a non-profit organization, its Management Team consists of only volunteers, willing to contribute their time and effort to the cause of helping Russian software and ICT companies be successful in the US markets.

Anyone, interested to join the RDA Management Team, please email Vadim Kapustin at vadim.kapustin@atkearney.com.  There is no formal selection process, there are no special criteria to become part of the RDA Management Team at this point – the only requirement is to have the energy and drive to help Russia and Russia’s software and ICT companies.

At the moment the RDA Management Team includes:

• Ross Tisnovsky, VP Operations

RDA is looking for volunteers ready to contribute in the following areas:

Public Relations:  A person would focus on expanding awareness of the RDA Information Portal and its cause among Russian software and ICT companies and invite them to register in the RDA Member database to help provide a fuller picture of capabilities available in Russia

Research and Information:  A person would focus on selecting the most interesting topics for research and conduct research (e.g. company and market survey’s, white papers, etc.), to be published on the RDA web site as well as any other website promoting Russia and Russia’s ICT sectors.  Alternative activities may include working with existing Russian research agencies in publishing their research on the RDA portal to help such agencies increase awareness about their capabilities and brands.

Only imagination is the limit:  Anyone with interesting ideas as to what else could  be done with the limited resources is welcome to suggest and drive undertakings that could ultimately prove to be useful for Russia’s software and ICT industries and/or for increasing awareness of the US companies about capabilities existing in Russia.
