Mission

As a US nonprofit organization the Russian Digital Alliance (RDA) is devoted to help Russia become a major player in the world software product development and offshore software and ICT outsourcing services.  To achieve this goal RDA focuses on helping Russian companies enter the US software products and ICT offshore outsourcing markets in a more efficient manner and helping US companies mitigate real and perceived risks of partnering with and outsourcing their functions and activities to Russian companies.

The Russian Digital Alliance strives to:

• Unite Russia's software product providers and offshore software and ICT outsourcing services providers
• Provide US companies interested in purchasing Russia's software products and partnering with Russia's offshore software and ICT outsourcing service providers
• Facilitate business and trade in software, ICT and engineering market segments between the US and Russia by providing an online infrastructure and information support to the US and Russian companies
• Promote Russia's software, ICT and engineering capabilities to the US companies

RDA also strives to become a single point of reference for Russia's software, ICT and engineering products and service companies in the US.
